We are looking for a Web Editor in B2B Commerce who wants to work closely with content that supports long buying processes, complex products, and professional decision-makers.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the website is accurate, credible, and conversion-oriented – from the first information search to quotes and customer relationships.

You will work closely with sales and product owners.

Responsibilities

🧩 Content & Product Information (B2B)

  • Write and update product texts with a technical and business focus
  • Manage product data: specifications, variants, documentation, certificates
  • Create and maintain category pages, landing pages, and information pages
  • Ensure consistent terminology and tone for professional target groups

🔍 SEO & Content for Decision Processes

  • Work with SEO tailored for B2B search behaviors
  • Create content for different stages of the buying journey (guides, comparisons, FAQs)
  • Optimize structure, internal linking, and metadata
  • Track results via tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console

📈 Conversion (leads & business support)

  • Optimize content for conversion to quote requests, contact, or accounts
  • Work with call-to-actions, forms, and trust signals
  • Support the sales organization with the right content at the right time

🧭 UX & Structure

  • Ensure clear navigation for complex assortments
  • Structure content for both new and returning business customers
  • Adapt content for desktop and mobile (B2B mobile use is increasing)

⚙️ CMS & Platform

  • Publish and update content in the B2B platform
  • Work with templates, blocks
  • Ensure quality during launches and updates

📣 Collaboration & Quality

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and external partners such as website providers and product suppliers.
  • Ensure that the content supports business goals and branding
  • Continuously work on improving and updating content, accurate product information, images, and texts

Qualifications (requirements)

  • Experience in web editing, preferably within B2B or e-commerce
  • Excellent ability to write clear and structured texts in Swedish (native language) and English
  • Experience with CMS and web publishing
  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • Good understanding of digital communication and user behavior

Meritorious

  • Experience in B2B e-commerce or technical/industrial products
  • Familiarity with conversion optimization and analysis
  • Experience with product information management (PIM) or business systems
  • Understanding of complex buying processes and sales support
